Winemaker’s Comments:
The medium plum colored Zin has leathery and floral spice, yet folds nicely into a caramel mid palate.  From there flavors of medjool dates, slight clove and a blast of concentrated raspberry which rounds out the palate and leaves you wanting more.

This wine would pair nicely with Peking Duck, Kung Pao Chicken, Tandori Lamb or even Pad Thai. This Napa Zinfandel is rare due to the dominance of Cabernet Sauvignon in the region, but we have secured some nice wine from selected sources within Rutheford, Yountville, Oakville and Calistoga to make a truly unique cuvee.
