Who is WinesTilSoldOut?
WinesTilSoldout.com is an online store that focuses on selling wine at 30%-70% off store and internet site prices. It started as an in store department of the parent company that will remain nameless so we can continue to get all these great wines at ridiculous prices and pass them on to you!
I see only one item. Do you sell anything else?
We sell one item per day until it is sold out or until 11:59pm eastern standard time, when it is replaced. If the item sells out early, we will add another wine but no more than 3 wines per day.
What are marathons?
Marathons are days when we sell a variety of wines (24-80 different wines, depending on the type of marathon) from midnight to midnight. You will receive an email notice of the marathon about a week before it runs with a short description of the products being featured. You will also receive an email at the start of the marathon (only 1).
How long before I receive my wine?
Typically, your order ships within 2-5 business days. If your order isn't received in 7 business days, you should email us. In the summer and winter months, we only ship Monday through Thursday to protect the wine. Marathon shipment dates vary and you will be notified of these dates in the email you receive before the start of each marathon.
What is the schedule for new items?
The short answer: We offer a new item every single day.
The details: A new product is released every morning at 12am EST, seven days a week. (If you're not a morning person, this can be described as every night at midnight.) If a product sells out during its run, a new item may or may not appear until the next release time. You will know if a product is sold out, because the main page will say "SOLD OUT".
I missed yesterday's item, can I still get one?
No. Each product is discontinued at 11:59pm EST. We may get more at a later date if we're lucky, but we offer no guarantees. We don't allow backorders and we do not have a waiting/notification list for sold out items.
I want to talk to a live person there, can I call you?
No. We are busy sourcing new products and shipping orders. In order to receive the fastest response it is always recommended that you contact our customer service department via email. You can email customer service anytime at orders@winestilsoldout.com and we will respond within 24 hours. You can also call the 800# and leave a message.
Will WinesTilSoldOut ever tell us how many cases or bottles remain available in a given sale?
No. That's not the way it works. Some lots are hundreds of cases, while others are just ten cases. What's the fun if you knew?
Can I be notified of a wine type that I like?
No. Once you become a member, you will be emailed each day with a link to the new wine lot with the description, rating and price.
Does it cost me anything to sign up?
Never! Signing up just means you are becoming a member of the WinesTilSoldOut family. You will get an email notification each time a new item is listed on the site.
How do I sign up?
Go to the main page of the WinesTilSoldOut site and click on the Join Free tab. Fill out the form by supplying us with a valid email address, password of your choice, and a unique nickname by which you will be known. Then click the Join Now button and your account is ready for buying wine at ridiculous prices. Only one account per email address and credit card number is allowed.
Do you ship everywhere?
No. We ship to every state that allows wine to be shipped by FedEx. Today that's 32 states. As FedEx adds states, we will too. For a list of states we do not ship to go the WinesTilSoldOut main page and click the shipping tab at the top of the page.
I will take them all, what is my discount?
There is a maximum allowance of three (3) cases per order with 1 order per account each day.
We try to allow everyone the chance to buy each lot. The shipping charges are by case due to the weight.
I'm a wholesaler/retailer. Can I buy from you in bulk?
No. You can buy a maximum of three (3) cases per day. No exceptions!
I do not want to sign for a package. What do I do?
FedEx and the federal government require an adult signature for every package delivered. You can bill and ship to different addresses if this helps.
FedEx broke a bottle in the package. What so I do?
Just email us! If the package was not received, we will refund your card in full and place a claim with FedEx. If you have accepted the package and a bottle is broken, we will refund your card for every bad bottle in the shipment. NO WORRIES!
