Standard Return Policy

You can return most items sold by WinesTilSoldOut.com within 10 days from the ship date.

To qualify, simply initiate the return within 10 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, materials, accessories, etc., and shrink wrap for when applicable). We must receive your item back within 15 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return.

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping ( not any promotional discounts applied to the original order if any) and less a restocking fee of 10%.For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase.

 We cannot accept the return of certain items, including:

• Any empty bottles

If you qualify to return your product, follow the instructions to Return an Item.

• Email orders@winestilsoldout.com or call 1-800-WINE-811 to receive a return authorization.
• Print the return authorization
• Pack the bottles in the original box
• Enclose a copy of the return authorization
• Return the box via fedex (cutomer must pay freight)

Please be aware you will be credited for the wine less the original shipping charges (any shipping discounts received will NOT apply) as well as a 10% restocking fee.
